SOURCE: Location of starter on 97 dodge caravan 3.0 engine
Your starter should be on the left side of the engine in the area where the bellhousing meets the engine block (under the car) It's about the size of a large juice can and has a bunch of wires going to it (including the positive lead from battery) Make sure you disconnect the positive lead of battery when working on it and make sure you remember what wires went where so you can put it back in!

it is mounted under the radiator towards the drivers side,it is flat and held to the frame with 2 small bolts and has a flat wire connector,it doesnt look like a normal relay,its black with a silver plate on the front of it,hope this helps

Solution #1:
Contact a Junk Yard / Auto Salvage Yard and see if they have any 2000 Dodge Caravan 3.3L there. Ask them how much (if anything) for a Owners Manual. It will be the cheapest and fastest way to get one. All on-line sites have a charge far more than what is available at a Junk Yard. Some owners of Junk Yards will give them to you free, especially if you tell them you will use them for future purchases of parts. This will also tell you which Junk Yard has parts available for future parts.

Mopar ATF plus 4
OR
ATF plus 4 Type 9602
