I have a 1995 chevy K1500 with a manual transfer case that is bad, Ive got a t case from a 1997 but it had the electronic 4x4. Will it fit in the 95 without having to do all of the electronics? I want to keep it manual
No that transfer with out electronic conections do not work well. you will be have a few problems.

If you are asking will the transmission will bolt up to your engine the short answer is yes however you may have to modifly the transmission depending on a number of factors the transmission in your 93 could be the electronic shift the one in the 89 might be manuel **** but you can check that out before you put it in.

first make sure the new actuator is gettin' power. Do this by placing your hand on it while someone engages the 4-wheel drive. Then try cleaning your vacuum actuator valve and vaccuum lines leading up to it for possible holes.
