The only thing you can do is take your vin number and the stereo into a jeep dealer there is a number on the stereo that goes with your vin number and then they can get the code

According with your other quesions, the DTC P1491 code is actually radiator fan control relay circuit.
Soft reset if the battery disconnect would have erased the code; the first thing I would replace for that code (fan relay).
Additionally, its possible thta your THEFT system is activated, check owners manual to disarm. Check details here:

code should be in the owners manual but I'm assuming you don't have that

therefore, you'll have to see the dealer or a good technician that has a professional scanner so that they can retrieve the code electronically

Try going to the starter and check for battery power on the larger wire from the battery if that has power have some one sit in the truck and hold the key in the start position and check for battery power on the smaller wire if this has power the starter is junk try and tap it with a hammer some thimes they will start
