thats your TPMS light, Tire Pressure Monitoring System. The light means that one of your tires is low on air, so check them all and fill them to the specified amount, which will be located on the drivers side door jamb.

That light indicates you may have a low tire, check your tire pressures to make sure they are all the same and at the recomended pressure then read your owners manual to tell you how to reset the light. Usually the button on your dash to switch the odometer to the different fuctions will have an option for "tire relearn" or "tire reset" push and hold the button when this message appears and your problem should be fixed. (unless you have a leaky tire).

Does it look like the one toward the bottom of this page? http://www.aa1car.com/library/warning_lights_lexus.jpg
I'm pretty sure that is a tire pressure warning light. You can find a key for this in the owners manual if you have it still.
This light will remain illuminated when the handbrake is engaged.
Illumination after releasing the handbrake may indicate low brake fluid
level (MUST CHECK THIS IMMEDIATELY AND RECTIFY).
Hope the information is useful ... be extremely careful and attend to this warning immediately if it is still on with your handbrake off and brake fluid top up!
