SOURCE: 2006 dodge ram 2500 a/c fuse rely

The AC relay is located in the under hood fuse box. The cover should have a legend for location. Its one of the bigger black ones. You can rotate it with the horn or ABS one to see if its the problem. You may have a small fuse also in that box for it. If this doesn't solve the problem then you either have a leak or a computer problem. What a shop will do is try with a bidirectional data scanner turn the AC on. If they can't get it to turn on with a scanner then you most likely have a failed PCM if they verified you do not have low pressure or a relay or wiring or switch issue.

SOURCE: LEFT TRAILER TURN SIGNAL DOES NOT WORK

I'd get a 12vdc test light if you don't have one already & start from plug, and keep probing back from there. It may be as simple as a bad connection under truck where joined into harness.

SOURCE: The reverse lights will not come on on my 2006

The actual reverse switch that controls the lights will be located on the side of your transmission and will have a couple of wires coming out of it. Odds are the switch has gone bad as it's exposed

If you are looking for the fuse box diagrams or any other diagrams for your Ram, check promanuals.net for a factory service manual for around 20 bucks or so. It's an invaluable tool for my Ram 2500.

Try cleaning the fuse contacts, it may not work but is worth a try. I used an ignition breaker points file that i ground a bit off one side so it would fit in the contact slots when the left turn signal and brake light wouldn't work and it was successful on my 2009 grand caravan. I didn't know there was a problem until i hooked up the trailer and saw it had no left brake/stop lights. I used a small test indicator that plugs into the trailer connector and has 4 leds which light up when each item is activated. use a trailer connector kit that has the male and female connector connected to a 4 foot long wire set I bought at Walmart. I plug it into the car connector with the test indicator plugged in the other end and held on the rear window by the wiper blade so i can see in the rear view mirror if all the lights work. For a sedan I put in on the ground, anchored by any tool handy, so i can see it in the side mirror. It beats running back and forth to see if I made a repair.

Go to napa and they have the connectors that plug in to your existing wire connection, I don't know if they have the one for yours, but it won't hurt to check, you don't have to cut or splice the wireing with there trailer connectors, plug it in and done.

Now power to the trailor hook up on back bumper, fuses are O.k. wiring apears to be o.k. it is dodge ram 1500 4x 4 single cab c/w 4.7 8cly. be nice to get a wiring diagram. thanks Wayne

you will need to check the wiring under the bumper where the trailer wiring is with a test light and with the different lights working.you will probably have to move back in the wiring by 6" and retest until you find were the loss of power is.you don`t say if all the lights don`t work or just certain ones.the brown wire is the tail light, green is the right signal light, yellow is the left signal light and white is the ground wire.you could have broken wires at the trailer hook up itself.
