Turn the ignition key to the on position ( until all the lights come on) wait ten minutes then turn off, turn right back on repeat this 3 times. after the third time , it should start.

Have you tried replacing the radio? It might have a security for it or fords you can reset it by diconnecting the battey cable for a couple of minutes and it resets it
Unlock the drive's door twice with the key, turning CCW each time. If that does not work, then remove the battery for a half hour and turn the headlights on for 10 seconds or so.
turn the key to the on position and pump the gas 4-5 times, this should help. My mom has a 03 silverado wich also done this and I contacted a dealer and they gave me this solution and it worked.
