There is no user repair procedure for this problem, the factory repair manual says REMOVE PLAYER FOR REPAIR BY AN AUTHORIZED FORD ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS REPAIR CENTER.

SOURCE: left cd in cd radio rds ford 6000 sold car so cant

on the radio's wiring harness, red and yellow are power and memory and black is ground. connect those to a 12v battery and radio will function so you can remove cd.

6000 CD 2004 - 2007 You can calculate the code for your 6000CD radio from the serial number that you can find on the screen or rear label. To make the serial appear on the screen, press and hold buttons 1 and 6 for three seconds.

Bluetooth has power and buttons click when pushed, but does not respond.

I just got my blue tooth ear phone to work with my laptop, sounds like you want blue tooth car to pickup on your phone speech and sound. You probably have to enable blue tooth on your phone and connect to the bluetooth receiver in the car. Probably be good if blue tooth receiver is on so phone sees the signal, that's the way mine worked, it showed that device, I clicked it to connect. Hope that helps.

What does the phone button do on 2008 f150

The phone button on a 2008 f150. This button is only a mute button and when pushed it displays NO PHONE. this is an on going design with ford, it is for a blue tooth phone. ford sells the hand free set up for this and is an added feature. you can buy this for about $600.OO .
Call your local dealer and ask them about the kit. some trucks came with the blue tooth set up option with the step up radio system. hope this helps . good day

I have a ford fusion when the radio is turned on - it will play for a while then stop with the wording PHONE on the screen - this happens when the CD is playing what can I do to stop this?

your car is equipped with blue tooth, first make sure you are not hitting the phone or sync button on steering wheel.....if you have a cell phone try to see if i happens when the phone is not in car..maybe your phone not radio.....3rd if still problem, i'm sorry...dealer can only repair as you will need what is called (ACM) repaired, which needs dealer only programming to install after it gets repaired

Ford 6000 cd serial M025099 has locked 13 on it

LOCK13 means that 13 or more wrong codes have already been entered and your radio is fully locked.

It cannot be reset for free.

It has to be taken into your Ford Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service to be unlocked
