I think it's a fuse but i dont kno and if it s i dont know what fuse to change
That is a lot of don't knows
That tells me your better off at a repair shop
Why not check all the fuses
If one blew,it will blow again, until you
fix the real problem
If one window works, it won't be a fuse
The most common would be a window
switch you use the most, followed by a window
regulator,then a fail motor.
You should have an owners manual for
all your vehicles to look up fuses & lamps
Helm.Com --is where you go for a Ford & other
make manuals
SOURCE: 2001 Mercury Mountaineer keeps blowing the PCM power diode (fuse #19)
Check all of the battery terminals and cables and check the wires on the starter/selonoid, start from the battery and follow the cable out and check all conections , clean and tighten them and if it still does it the starter/selonoid is bad and needs replacement...

On the radiator support right next to driver's side headlamp
SOURCE: I had a used transfer
The transfer case should not affect any of that, so if you have power to all those items (check with a multimeter) then a ground wire either did not get reconnected or got broken.
If you start your vehicle and check the voltage on whatever is easiest for you, and you have voltage, then start following back the ground circuit. If you do not have power, follow that one back.
Your ignition starter is bad.
