I have a 92 Acura Vigor with a 5 speed manual transmission. when i start the car the clutch pedal snaps all the way to the floor and stays there. i can put it in any gear but the clutch wont release, there is plenty of fluid and the clutch has been replaced fairly recently
SOURCE: 92 acura vigor clutch replcd still wont go in gear
Is all the air bled out of the hydraulics??
I would then suspect a faulty clutch component.
Was it like this before the overhaul??
SOURCE: My clutch stays on floor and wont release on its
sounds like ya need a new clutch master cylinder if you are loosing fluid then it would be possible that its the slave cylinder.you should be able to follow the lines coming from the clutch master cylinder and get a good idea of where the slave cylinder is located. if ya see fluid leaking from it then thats your problem.. some are inside the trannys bellhousing and some are bolted to the outside of the bellhousing . i am not that familiar with your car, but the set up for a clutch is pretty much the same on most newer cars .
