Your car has a hydraulically operated clutch release system, it has failed, see a local shop to repair it, cost is about $500.00

SOURCE: 92 acura vigor clutch replcd still wont go in gear

Is all the air bled out of the hydraulics??

I would then suspect a faulty clutch component.

Was it like this before the overhaul??

SOURCE: My clutch stays on floor and wont release on its

sounds like ya need a new clutch master cylinder if you are loosing fluid then it would be possible that its the slave cylinder.you should be able to follow the lines coming from the clutch master cylinder and get a good idea of where the slave cylinder is located. if ya see fluid leaking from it then thats your problem.. some are inside the trannys bellhousing and some are bolted to the outside of the bellhousing . i am not that familiar with your car, but the set up for a clutch is pretty much the same on most newer cars .

My clutch pedal stay close to the floor in my Acura CL. Doesnt return fully like it used too. Cant figure it out and I've replaced everythin

Bobbie, If your sure the system is bled properly, did you get the clutch fork back in correct position, was it the correct bearing etc., you may have to adjust the clutch pedal and / or if it has a mechanical return spring, change the spring, it could be weak.
Check the attached links, instruction and guides for clutch pedal adjustment., bleeding, etc.Good luck

86 acura legend manual transmission shifting problems

so the problem is that you cannot get it into gear from a stop
(grinds trying to force into gear) . if you have a clutch pedal, what I mean is that clutch pedal has pressure behind it,moves up and down by itself, then its a clutch assy needs replaced.clutch disc/pressure plate/release bearing. if there is no pedal, falls to floor, its either clutch slave or clutch master failure issue(lost all fluid). but nothing points at needing a transmission,it should be fine
