Valve Rocker Arm Bolt 19 N·m + 30° (14 lb ft+ 30°)
A GM dealer shows me another source, which says 32 Nm (24 lb-ft). Not sure which one is right but they screwed up my car.

The 2000 Chevy Impala 3.4 liter engine rocker arm bolt torque specification is 45 pounds. The rocker arm bolts should be torqued in 15 pound intervals.
Here is a suggested updated torque spec for this engine's rocker arm bolts;
Rocker arms
Step one: Torque to 11 ft lbs then tighten an additional 90 degrees of bolt head rotation. Some guys don't fuss with the torque specs and just get them good and tight. Either way, be careful, as the heads are aluminum. You do not want to over tighten these bolts
Tighten the bearing cap in two or three steps. Tighten it to the standard torque at the last stage. *Bearing cap standard torque Torque16 pieces at the both ends : 18.6 - 20.6 N·m(190 - 210kg·cm, 13.7 - 15.2 lb·ft)24
The torque for the exhaust manifold bolts is 12 ft. lbs. The rocker arms are to be torqued to 14 ft. lbs. first then turned an additional 30 degrees. Sounds kind of odd but that's how they tighten the rocker bolts properly.
I presume that you are connecting your Intake manifold to the cylinder head after replacing your intake gasket, if so they are 30ft lbs, and 360 in pounds. Hope that helps
