Vacuum diagram 1991 cutlass cierra 3300

SOURCE: 1991 olds wont start

I have no spark. Changed the CSS and still no spark. I also changed the Coil packs with a junk yard 1. Does anything else control spark other then ECM?

I have 4 diagrams....all for 1985, all VIN "E", and 2 are federal cars and 2 are for California cars.....I will post the first two Federal car and then the next two will be the California cars:
