I have a 1994 Plymouth Acclaim and the turn signal lights do not work at all. The fuses are OK and the hazard lights work. I was advised to buy a turn signal assembly to replace the old one by the mechanic. Do you think that will fix the problem? He tested the electrical wires under the steering and found out there was no power on the turn signal switch wires. The problem is Auto zone which is a car parts store have just the turn signal switch. Is that the same with the turn signal assembly?
Yes, the turn signal switch is the same thing as an assembly.
Change signal flasher your car has a flasher for hazard and another for signal open fuse panel put for ways on you will hear it clicking the opposite one not flashing will be the one good luck!
well did you try the signal flasher? it might be a old version called 4 way flasher or it might be separated with two flasher1 for hazard other signal please let me know if you tried this.
is it working with new flasher?

The mechanic tried all that but nothing worked and does not even show any signal arrows on the dash board and no cliking sounds at all. Please help? Thanks for trying.
