It was running intermittently in all three speeds but is now dead. I changed the fan speed switch, the relay on terminal block behind the brake pedal and the resistor, still have nothing. Also I noticed that the dash lights for the heater controls do not work either. Are the high and low relays inside the fan motor, because I can't locate them behind the glove box? I put straight power to it and ran fine.
Sounds like your controller is bad. http://www.resistorguide.com/applications/blower-resistor/ <Read this info.

The blower motor resistor is located within a foot of the blower motor in the duct that the blower motor blows into. The resistor is actually cooled off by the blower motor blowing across it. It has a wire harness that connects it to motor & fan switch. It is held in place by 2-4 retaining screws. Disconnect wire harness, unscrew retaining screws then lift out. Reverse order to install.
