Need to change discs and pads is there a seqence or free down load to help
No sequence
tyres off
caliper off and rewind piston back
remove caliper bracket off
undo the little nut front of the disc (if its there)
hammer the disc off.
refit

Raise And Support Truck, Remove Wheel, Remove 2 Bolts Holding Brake Caliper On , Use Large "C" Clamp to Push Piston IN to Open up Space for New Pads Install Pads Reverse of How They came Out, Place Caliper Onto Rotor / Ancor and Install 2 Bolts.--------Do This ONE AT A TIME and After Completion Start Engine and Softly PUMP Brake Pedal Untill It Returns to Normal Hight. Hope this hellps you .

Have you checked for faulty switch at pedal? Follow arm up to switch & test. Power one side only until pedal pushed.

has your picasso got climate control? if so you probably have a faulty ignition switch
the contacts in the switch which supplies the live to the heater wear and cut the supply
