Sounds like the Fuel Pump, which is located in the Gas Tank, ahead of the rear wheels, basically under the rear door. The gas tank itself is not hard to remove, and you could get a kit available online. It's probably easier to do if you have ramps and back the rear wheels onto those two ramps, you can't do it as easily by just jacking up the car. If you have two hydraulic jacks, that might work as well.
If you buy the part, you want to bring it to a gas station to remove the gas tank, they should be able to do all the work for you in about one hour.
SOURCE: Where is the location of the fuel pump relay
Did it run fine prior to replacing the alt and battery? Check over where you have been working, sometimes things get bumped/disconnected. Fuel pump shut-off switch is in one of the kick panels near the inside of the doors. Reach up over the top of the kick panel. The pump relay are near the battery. What happens on this model too,is the heater leaks on the computer, which is under the heater core. The coolant/water shorts it out.

SOURCE: Can a bad ignition switch drain battery and
An ignition switch probably isn't the problem, because the vehicle probably wouldn't shut off if the switch were the problem. When you turn your car off the battery is not being drained any longer from the switch unless the vehicle is unable to shut down.
The other possibility that will definately cause a battery to lose juice while not running is a faulty starter sellinoid. When these sellinoid's, (may not be spelled correctly, sorry about that) are bad, the motor is turned off but the battery is still drawing current, but the engine is not running to allow the battery to recharge.
It could also be a bad battery. Check your battery cylinders by removing the plastic covering and checking the water level in the cells. Dry cells in a battery will not allow a jump.
