Its my front and my back windshield wipers
Sound like a electrical problem, first check fuse is OK, then winshiwld water pump wires and water pump itself.

i've actually had this issue with one of my cars. there are tiny spray nossles, that can pivot, from which the water shoots out of to hit the windshield. you need to find something slim and sharp like a bobby pin and place the tip into the exit hole where the water shoots out. gently pivot the nossle towards the area where you want the water to hit the wind shield. be careful not to push the pin too much into the nossle. you may warp the nossle tip and the water my spray out in an undesireable fashion.

More than likely you need to replace the front windshield wiper motor. You should unplug the motor and check the plug for voltage, checking each terminal as you change the speed selection on the switch. This should help determine if it is a power problem, switch problem, or motor problem.
