My car had a flat tire and the abs light came on now the right rear wheel won't turn
Drum or disk rear brakes?
Have you checked the brakes to see if they a o.k.?
Is the ebrake stuck and holding the brake on?
The abs will not keep a wheel from turning. Since ABS stands for ANTI-LOCK Brake System it would not make sense for the system to "lock" up the brakes since it is designed to keep the brakes from locking up.
Your problem is mechanical or hydraulic. A quick inspection of the brake components should reveal the problem.

SOURCE: rear wheel
does the van shake or vibrate? does the van have tires on it ?start by switching the left rear with the right rear test drive and listen for soun if no sound then the tire has a bad steel belt replace tire if the sound is still present. jack up van and spin tire if no sound is heard replace wheel bearing and if there is still a sound look into brake drum for possible springs or clips that may have fallen into drum causing noise but i would say its more than likely the rear wheel bearing to change that u must buy a new bearing and follow instructions on replacing good

Look for contacts at door jamb & door, that mate when closed.( usually round metal piece) Take a piece of fine steel wool & scrub them and see if that cures it.
SOURCE: abs light came on, then after 50-60 miles it went
it is not a "pre warning light", the fact the light went out just means whatever the fault was has corrected itself, this is common on ABS systems, most times it is a dirty wheel speed sensor at one of the 4 wheels.
