When I turn on the rear A/C it blows warm air. What can I check to see why the air is not making it to the rear area of the van.

Generally you would need to check the level of freon in the system, and probably the expansion valve in the rear unit. You should have one hot and one cold ac line going to each evaporator.

Selection lever does not move to AC vent or floor vent only to the defrost. AC compressor does not kick in when AC is selected.
Vacuum level is at 18 instead of 23.
Any suggestions.

SOURCE: rear air a/c

Probably plugged or failed expansion valve on rear evaporator. Both front and rear are plumbed in parallel so if the front is cold, a problem with refrigerant flow at back unit almost has to be in the expansion valve.

SOURCE: heater blows cold air in my escort van

I take it the water level in the expansion tank is ok. You could have a blocked core in the heater. Also the heater could be leaking. You could try flushing the cooling system and checking for leaks and blockages.

Try this article. I have the same problem and I think it is the vacuum motor that controls the door for changing from hot/cold in the rear heater box (located inside behind the L rear wheel)

1998 Ford E-350 Rear Heat Issue....

You should check the coolant level as it might be a low and only have enough for the front system, if that is not the case then the hoses to the rear of the vehicle may be plugged or the rear heater core itself may be plugged not allowing warm coolant to circulate for the rear heat system.

Heat in a Econoline 150 just stopped. Blows out cold air. Dont have fuse diagram where do I find one

I'm not sure your problem is a blown fuse. If the blower motor is running and pushing out air, then it's working normally. First check would be the thermostat, let the engine warm up and feel the radiator hoses. If 1 hose gets hot and the other is cold, most likely you have a bad thermostat. If thats ok, make sure you dont have any vacuum leaks, as most of the blend air doors that allow heat into the van are vacuum operated. It doesnt take much of a vacuum leak to lose your heat. Finally, make sure the control cables behind the head unit are in place and not kinked or broken.
