2003 Lexus gx470 atp light came on. Vehicle will not engage in drive nor reverse. Jerked then wouldn't go. ???

Check fuses on panel, then check all connectors, check for kinked or frayed wire, then lastly, the circuit board for your panel! Not an easy task as you are checking for continuity between connections. If its the circuit board on your arm rest I would suggest a junk yard for a known good operating board.
