Where is the knock sensor on a 2003 Toyota Camry?

I just ran a OBDII scan on my 2003 Toyota Camry: LE; 4 Cyl 2.4L, automatic transmission in which it gave me a P0325 code. I know this has to do with the knock sensor. My question is, where is it located on this vehicle & what do I have to do to get to it in order to replace it?

SOURCE: Difficulty to replace EGR valve in 1999 totyota camry 4-cyl automatic

If you have small hands it can be easy. The space between firewall and EGR is tight but it wasn't too difficult to remove. The vacuum hose at the bottom was hard to pull off and I ended up cracking it and had to splice it. It was more difficult to re-install the EGR then remove it. I had a difficult time with keeping the gasket aligned while bolting it in to the lower tube. I took a few attempts. I suggest when replacing the EGR leave the mounting bolts loose so you can more easily align the metal tube. I would tighten the metal tube at the bottom of EGR first then tighten the upper two mounting bolts on top. It took me about 5 minutes to remove and 15 minutes to replace. I would be sure to clean the IAC too after cleaning the EGR. I sprayed throttle bottle cleaner down the bottom hole located on the throttle body and let soak about 15 minutes then start and run the engine a minute and repeat the process. This helped smooth the idle while stopped at a light. It also stopped the idle from shaking and almost stalling the car out at a traffic stop when the engine was warm.

How to replace a fog light bulb on a 2004 Toyota Camry

Video Description
The video above shows how to change the fog light bulb in your 2004 Toyota Camry. Not all models have fog lights - for many Toyotas, it depends on your trim level (XLE) or whether the fog light option was ordered when your Camry was manufactured. Fog lights are typically in the front bumper, below the headlight cluster and are helpful in poor visibility. If one fog light is burnt out on your Camry, we recommend changing both bulbs because the working bulb will be dimmer than the one you replaced and will likely burn out soon anyway.

When you change the foglight on your Camry, be careful not touch the glass part of the bulb with your fingers which causes the bulb to burn out earlier.

Where is the anit-knock sensor on a 1996 4 cyl toyota camry

Should be on the side of the block facing the firewall. It may or may not be contacting coolant so you may have to drain the radiator.
Keep in mind knock sensors almost never fail. You may have an engine component making a noise or vibration the sensor is picking up.
The sensor is supposed to sense spark knock and tell the computer to adjust the spark timing down.

Have you checked to make sure you hooked everything back up and correctly some of these hoses have a airflow sensor in them ? The best bet would be to go over all the hoses check for cracks in them.Have a scan ran on the ECM/PCM to see what codes come up some auto parts stores will run this scan for free.it will tell you if a part is going bad. Hope this helps and good luck
