Did you look on underside of cover on fuse/relay box?

ignition off draw this fuse controls the radio clock and settings this should be the only fuse that draws any amperage when the car is off

Did you check all the fuse?? Do you mean the whole dash is dead or just the speedometer??? if the whole cluster died i would check the fuse under the hood in the fusebox. they are different and sometimes secured to the fuse box with a bolt

This is Assuming you Have Ruled OUT ALL ABS COMPONENTS, LOOK at These VERY CLOSLY Because of the Small Volts These Wires Carry , the SMALLEST DEFECT WILL Cause this Type of Symptom that you have given. Please try all of the Above, I feel Confedint that athis is where your Problem Is.
