My 07 forenza had a code come up saying misfire on 1 and 4 plug so I replaced coil pack now it's reading #3 misfire and has a sluggish take off.Any ideas are appreciated

The sluggish take off is most likely due to a misfire. Pull the spark plug wire on cyl#3 and hold it over an engine ground. It should spark constantly with engin cranking/running. If spark is present..... most likely a bad spark plug. However, there are many more things that can attribute to a misfire but this is the most common

My 06 Jeep Liberty is reading its having multiple misfires the check engine light and traction control light is on in the dash truck starts and runs but pulls really sluggish my coils are firing ecu ?

why not say the code, let us decide what they mean.
P0300 code, in fact post all DTCs not just one if more......!!!
this code means MISFIRE< (that sluggish is that , misfiring)
cause by bad COMBUSTION.

1: bad spark ever to a tuneup? ever?
2: bad compression on the P030x (what is x) cylinder.
3: bad injection to P030x cylinder.

do post all codes. first.
verbatim.

Engine misfire and transmission sluggish

you need to repair no 1 cyl. misfire it will misfire when engine load is present. if you want to test it .push brake pedal engine running and shift into forward gear and with the other foot raise rpm to 2000rpm you will feel the misfire
hope it helps

Misfire golf m4

That is not a question & no info to go on
Go for a test drive & take a mechanic along
Have them work on the misfire or other issues.

Does oxy sensor cause a slight missfire

Not really

Bad ignition coils on fords are all too common

O2 Sensors will slow down as far as switching times go
& I suggest you replavce the fromt or upstream ones before
the converters at 100,000 miles

You may notice a quicker throttle response with new sensors
but the misfire is elsewhere, bad coils, vacuum leaks most common

You can check for misfire counts with professional tools, even that
won't pick up a really bad coil that misfires at random

You should check for codes & fuel trim on both banks as well as
fuel pressure,again pro test equip

1996 ford windstar 3.8 codes say that cylinders 4 and 6 are misfiring, system too lean bank 1,egr flow insufficient. whats up?

Cylinder misfiring hapens when ignition coil is bad and bad spark plugs.
System to lean is usualy when fuel pump lose pressure or you have blown gasket on intake manifold. Check fuel pressure first.
When EGR flow is insufficient there is EGR valve, sensor and solenoid, could go bad., so you have multiple codes P0171, P0304,P0306, P0401

2001 Ford Windstar, check engine light has been on for a while, but started flashing last night. It ran out of oil in 1 month's time. Brand new transmission 1 month ago, they told us that it had lean...

if the light is flashing it most like hasly some sort of misfire or converter failure, p0171 and p0174 is lean bank 1 and 2, replace you upper and lower plenum gaskets, while they have they off have they replace your ignition coil, plugs and wires, windstars are known for 2 things, lean codes,(plenum gaskets) misfire(bad ignition coil)
