My car is 10 years, 4 months, but only 64,500 millege. I had P0431 problem only, repaired. After repair, tested with the CanOBD2,there were yellow warning light on the Diagnostic screen. 2 days later, the engine light come back. when I was driviing. The 3rd day, there was a noise when I drive on the highway, then the speed went up very slow. I tested with the Diagnostic tool EQUUS 3150 again, It shows: P0431,p0446, p0715? Is the code p0715 related with the current service? Is there any thing related with these 3 failure codes? Please help! Thank you very much.
They are three separate issues.
Code 431 involves the O2 sensors and the catalytic converter, code 446 is for the evap vent control for the gas tank, and code 715 is for the input shaft speed sensor in the transaxle.
The engine temp and other factors would need to be checked for code 431, and the sensors would need to be tested for the other two codes.

P0325 Knock sensor (KS) 1 , bank 1 - circuit malfunction P0431 Warm up catalytic converter, bank 2 - efficiency below threshold
Possible causes: Wiring, poor connection, KS
knock sensor malfunction may reduce fuel mileage due to computer reducing ignition timing advance.
To repair: Check connector on knock sensor. If connection is good, replace sensor.
Possible causes: Catalytic converter, wiring, HO2S 2
increased HC emissions--no effect on engine performance unless caused by rich mixture.
To repair: Usually caused by worn out converter, but first verify fuel pressure regulator is not leaking fuel into it's vacuum port and that fuel pressure at the fuel rail is not above specification.
The car will run fine and there are no safety issues; however, before driving over anything that could ignite (for example, grass), make sure the catalytic converter is not glowing red.

SOURCE: I ran an engine analyst and got codes P0446 twice
P0431 Warm up catalytic converter, bank 2 - efficiency below threshold P0446 Evaporative emission (EVAP) system, vent control -circuit malfunction
Possible causes: Catalytic converter, wiring, HO2S 2
Usually caused by worn out catalytic converter, but always check fuel pressure regulator for proper operation before replacing a converter.
Possible causes: Wiring, EVAP canister purge valve, ECM
May be caused by a loose or disconnected wire to the vent valve or possibly a bad valve solenoid
If you would like part locations, troubleshooting or replacement procedures, please let me know.
