SOURCE: Where is the temperature sensor located in a 1999 3.3 Dodge Caravan
Wow you guys are all a bunch of jerks!! They simply asked where it was located not how to replace it and to reply with a post of go to here or go to there is simply RUDE. If your going to post like that stay the hell off these forums as these are designed to give help not create extra steps!
The location of the sensor is on the left hand side of the van standing facing the engine. Follow the main radiator hose back to where it hooks into the engine and there you will see a wire going into the block just next to it on the right hand side. Where the wires plug into the engine is the temp sensor. I believe yo uneed a 3/4 wrench to remove it.
I had a problem with my van and the fans would not stop running. Even if I unhooked the battery overnight and then hooked it back up in the morning the fans would come back on. It was either the relay or the sensor. Replaced the sensor and no more problem.
Hope this helps!!
And again if your not here to help dont bother typing wasting others time!

The sensor is right next to the heater hose outlet on the front passenger side of intake manifold. It is very small with an oval shaped connector going to it. I have the same engine.
