Question about 2006 Porsche Carrera
I have a 2002 Porsche Boxter, No power loss and runs great. However, I have a blueish smoke coming out of both vents and inside the car at times. Plus on passenger side I have a oil leae.Engine light just came on. And car smokes when im accelerating hard. When cruising, it dosent seem to smoke (as much).
It picks up air for all vents from the passenger side footwell if im not mistaken, also if im not mistaken that is close the 'ash tray' area in these trucks, if you have a cigarette sitting in the ashtray smoldering that could be what you are seeing being pulled threw and blown back out, or maybe you dropped a cigarette and its just smoldering near there . . .

My 2000 Boxster developed a pin hole leak in the coolant reserve tank in the rear trunk. The trunk floor is actually raised, which allowed the coolant to go unnoticed, since the carpet never got wet. I would pull back the carpet on the side and see if there is coolant in the trunk area. If so, the plastic reserve tank will run you about $300 for the part. It is a bit of a pain to replace, but something the average home mechanic can do. Only real hassle was the hose clamps in the engine bay were installed before the engine, hence the engine was in the way of the screw head.
