Possibility it could be fuse or fuses this would be first thing to check if you got owners manual with it it would be ideal to refer to changing fuse it usually gives you pictures of where fuse box is & which fuse is which might be on same fuse.
unfortunaetly i don't oh & your windscreen washers could be either blocked line or washer pump is faulty not expensive to fix. i take it that ur speedometer is working & you have inspected interior bulb to see if its blown i'll ask a pal of mine as he used to work for renault about central locking but i would check fuse just hope for best & trying one at a time let u know about central locking tomorrow.

The check engine light/service engine soon (yellow light) comes only when the computer control unit (called the PCM) senses a fault in the electronic controls of the engine and/or the emission system u will seldom feel the car engine run any different, there are about 200 possible faults that turn the light on, to know what has developed a problem you must have the system tested, this is called an OBD2 fault code test, it is done with a special system scanner

i am aware there is a fault wi renault clio central lockin so not sure whelear to put fuse in it or not
do you no whare i could get a free dieagram of what fuses go whare ?
yes a checked the ligth there wiz no ratlen comen from it and all ov the other clocks and gadges are workin fine .
and with the window washers it was on the mot it has F.O.C nxt to it what dose tht mean
and last but not least a checked the fuse box looks like theres a good couple of fuses missen as there are a good couple of slots empty
