I have replaced the relay with the new relay already. The A\C is cycling on\off but I haven't noticed a lack of AC cooling not related to overheating. I didn't notice any corrosion or burning on the relay connection so I'm just a little stumped. Any ideas what to check next"
Try disconnecting the coolant temp sensor with the key on/engine off. The Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor on the 3.7L engine is installed into a water jacket at front of intake manifold. if the fan comes on then the problem is in the sensor. You did the relay which is the most common so this is next.
hope this helps.
whoops i am assuming tis a 3.7L

Check or replace the relay. Just very possible.

no but there are a couple of cooling fan switches that could be causing your problem both are mounted on the motor one near the thermostat housing the other will be in the block one near the thermostat usually controls the fans.

It is possible that your Low Pressure Compressor Cut-Off switch is faulty, or your refrigerant has too low of a charge.
