I took out a fuse when I put it back in Air Bar Light won/t go out
I haven't had to try this but here is a procedure for resetting the airbag after the battery was disconnected
"How do you reset the airbag warning light in a '94 Camry?
A: Clearing the warning light in '92-'96 Camrys by the following procedure:
In the DLC1 or DCL2 (data link connector under the hood, see attached diagram):
Use two short wires, one wire at terminal TC and a different wire at terminal AB:
With the ignition key ON - wait 6 seconds, then:
Ground terminal TC to good body ground for one second
Then ground terminal AB for one second
Then TC one second
Then AB one second
Then ground TC until the light blinks.
Make sure the interval between grounding the terminals is not more than 2 secs.
Remove the ground wires.
Be very careful to only use the correct terminals.
Errata: That should read "not more than 0.2 secs" in the message text.

Every time you start your car up the air bag system does a self test if nothing is wrong the light will go out if it stays on then their is a problem you will need to take it to a repair shop to get the codes to find out what is going on

Look for water entry into the front crash sensors behind the front bumper. They have bright yellow connectors.

take it to another dealer, in most cases its just a poor connection, poor contact in one of the pin connectors, air bag wiring is very sensative,one poor pin connection does not allways mean that the harness needs to be replaced, it sounds like they dont want to take the time to pinpoint the problem.

The light was off, never been on before car has nort been hit... I accidently took the srs fuse out instead of another one now the airbag light stays on I just want to reset it. I am not paying over a hundred dollars from the dealership to have them reset it. there has to be a way to reset it myslf!!! help

I dont care what **** code it is Iwant to reset it hen if it comes on again I will consider taking it to the dealership to have them tell me what the code is or Autozone probably would test *** and give me code for a whole lot cheaper and they aren't always trying to sell me a $1000.00 airbag part
Thats what i am telling you every time you shut the car off it automatically resets its self . If it comes back on when you restart the car it has a hard fault and you can't reset it till the problem is fixed . some times all it is is a bad connection some where and the fault can come and go . Unless you havd an actuall computer for the air bag system you can not reset the light and even if you have the computer and reset it with that and their is a fault it will come back on in less then 2 seconds
