99% chance it is the blower resister located behind glove box. Squeeze glove box in and pull out.
The resistor is right behind it, dealer part cost less then $20.
Dodge has had this problem for over ten years and until recently did nothing. Now they combine fuse with resistor, suppose that will correct it?

SOURCE: 2005 Dodge Caravan front fan is not working in any

The resistor is relatively in expensive and easy to change...I recently had to change it in my 06 pacifica, upon doing research, I found the resistor to be a common problem in several dodge/chrysler models from these few years. Most stores wanted $80+ for the resistor, Autozone was $12.xx. It is very unlikely that blower motors go bad.

Dodge caravan air conditioning fan not blowing

I would turn the fan on with the van off and listen to see if just the blower is working at all or a slower speed. . If you have a volt meter you could make sure it was getting power by unplugging the wire to it and testing there.. If you have power then the blower motor is the problem . If it was a resister it would not work at all normally. or it would work on one speed but not another speed in most cases.. I would think by the age of it more likely a bad blower fan motor .the part is about 73 dollars to replace complete with fan and the resisters are 15-20 at your local auto parts store .
This could also be a wire harness issue with the resister plug which supplies the power to the blower . it very common that the wires got hot and melted from old age or from a blower that was old and drawing too much power .The resister and harness or located under the hood on the firewall of the passenger side of the van .Yes there is a fuse for the blower fan under the dash .If it has blown it could be the blower drawing too much power.or other issues .
Yes we sure do feel the heat here in Florida .

2002 Dodge Grand Caravan - A/C blows cold in back, but not in front

Blower motor not working , do you feel an air movement out the front vent's ? ( I just did a self-recharge on my refrigerant ) Too much of a charge can work as not enough of a charge . The back or AUX HVAC system works off the same compressor as the front . The noise you hear is just refrigerant moving through the system . Temp .door actuator maybe . Your best bet ,mite be to take to a qualified repair shop. Doesn't sound like you know about automotive A/C systems . .

Dodge caravan heat fan won't work

If it is the fan/blower that is not working (as opposed to what is coming out is cold), then the problem could be 1) fuse 2) Blower Resistor. I just replaced the blower resistor in about 15 min with a $25 replacement resistor. The unit is right behind the glove box.

If the problem is that the air coming out is cold and not hot, then the thermostat, radiator, heater core, etc... are the more likley causes.

Sound like you have a failed fan motor assembly. Check for power to the fan motor connector.

Air conditioner stop blowing in 2002 Dodge Caravan can feel cool air and vents when traveling down highway with ac power on. Just won't blow out

There is as blower motor resistor which is part of what makes your fan blow. So your fan isnt blowing but everything else works right? Thats what I would look @ first.
