Try unplugging the compressor then put in a new fuse. If the fuse does not blow, the problem may be the clutch on the compressor.

SOURCE: 1991 Mazda 626, the heater/ac/blower isn't working

The problem is with the Blower regulator. It is a voltage divider to control the blower speed. when it is bad, it causes the circuit open, not deliver a current to the blower, so blower is not working.

SOURCE: 1999 Mazda 626 is blowing small black particles

Most likely the air filter located in under the dashboard has rotted apart. This will continue until all the pieces have blown out or you change the filter.

Wiper fuse (20 amp) keeps blowing as soon as the key is turned on.

You have a short to ground on the wiper circuit...

Put a globe in the place of the fuse and work your way through the circuit, the globe will be lit until you remove the short...

FUSE KEEPS BLOWING

It sounds like the A/C compressor clutch is shorted. You will need to have the clutch and / or the complete compressor replaced.

Replaced blower motor, but still blowing fuse,

could be AC compressor clutch shorting out.try disconnecting AC compressor electrical connector and see if fuse still blows.

What keeps causing the ac cont fuse to keep blowing on 97 lumina? If i disconnect the power to the compressor and reconnect it the fuse will last about 10 minutes. If I put a fuse right back in after it...

There is a short somewhere in your ac system. You may be able to find it if you can take the time to go through it. I would start with the ac control panel. Unscrew it from the dash and see if any wires are burned and touching each other.
