Some times EPS light is on and steering become stiff.I want to apply more force to turn.why this happen ,if I continue driving what is the further effect
EPS is Electronic Power Steering.
When the light comes on, it is a warning that the Electronic Power Steering system is having a problem.
The increased force you have to use, is because the EPS is not assisting you as much as it was before, if at all.
Here is a link to a video explaining the basic operation of the electronics at youtube.

EPS stands for Electric Power Steering. Hyundais have electric power steering instead of belt driven pumps. But they still require power steering fluid, Check the fluid to see if it is low. That would trigger the signal to come on.

I'm going to assume you are the original owner of this Accent. If so, the issue you have is still under warranty. Take the vehicle to the nearest Hyundai Service Department and have it repaired under warranty.

Hello... This light indicates that you might have a problem with your Electronic Power Steering (EPS)...
Have a shop check it out...
EPS: Electronic Power Steering - enables the amount of assistance with steering to be varied depending on speed and how much you turn the wheel. This means it can give lots of boost when parking the car whilst still giving you a good feel for the road at speed.
