Willst trying to change the drivers side sun visor i let the wires touch metal, wich coused in a spark. anyways since then my interiour lights dont work, my electrical mirrors dont work and my aircon is constanstantly on and i cant turn it off since the aircon unit doesnt work suddenly but the aircon pump is constantly blowing air in to the car. i checked the fusebox inside the car and the auxiliar one aswell and the fuses and breackers are fine. due to the spark a fuse should be blown but not in the fuse boxes, and then why would the aircon be on constantly? i disconected my battery for 15mins and nothing happend exept for my radio wich stoped working when that spark happend now it works again lol, but the important things still the same. does anyone know if there are any other fuses in between the fuse boxes and the lights? i striped the sky from my cougar to try to folow the wires but when they went into the dash trough the A-pillar i stoped seeing them, even took out the glove compartment so that i could take a better look into the fusebox but it looks allright. could there be something wrong with the relays?? i dont have any clue how to see if they are fine, and in the cougars owners guide the picture from the auxiliar fusebox is not the same as the auxiliar fuse box itself so its even harder to check anything. does anyone know anything about it? or something else that may help me out. cheers.

there are a few fuses under the hood be sure to check fuses again at dash they could look good but not be and if one was blown it could have blown as soon as you turned them on again that would indicate a short. it could be the switch also if it is the pull type try pulling it slowly to see if they come on and turning it like to dim the dash lights. if that makes them come on you need a new switch sometimes it will work sometimes not

sounds like a bad wiring conection use an ohms meter to determine current flow also the motar may be begining to fail replace whiper motor if there is low current flow through wiper motor its definatly bad
