Battery is bad. I will put another battery in and re-check to see if it is a low current problem but I don't think it is. The alternator is providing good voltage to the computer. I will also check fuel flow to the fuel rail. After that I was wondering if MAF or TPS may cause this issue???
Start by repairing the things you know need repairing, and do check for proper fuel pressure, condition of spark plugs, wires, spark, etc..
Then proceed with TPS as it is possible the ECU does not know the throttle is open if the TPS is bad.
If a new battery don't help then it's most likely to be a throttle position sensor
Easy things first. Check your fuel filter

This can be caused by a few things. Yes it can be a bad TPS however this can be caused by a DIRTY TPS. Get a can of throttle body cleaner and clean the heck out of it. The other thing that it could be would be a camshaft position sensor. Once you clean the heck out of the inside of the throttle body with the cleaner while it is running then that should fix the problem.

OK WHEN YOU CHANG ANY FUEL PUMPS YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE GASKET AS THE OLD GASKET GETS EXPOSED TO THE AIR AND EXPANDS WHICH THEN LETS AIR IN IF THE CAR IS ON PETROL THE PUT IRIDIUM PLUGS IN A BMG AIR FILTER(THIS AIR FILTER IS NON THROW AWAY) THEN THE SPARK PLUG LEADS CHANGE THEM TO 10MM TOP GUN PRO RACE SERIES IGNITION SPARK PLUG LEADS THEN LOOK AT AFTER MARKET COLD AIR INTAKE PUT PRO RACE FUEL ADDITIVE PUT THE WHOLE BOTTEL IN AS THERE COULD BE SMALL PARTICALS IN THE FUEL LINES AND INJECTORS IF ALL THIS SOUNDS OVERBOAD THEN YOU COULD TRY REMOVING THE FUEL IJECTORS AND REPLACE THEM WITH GOOD QUALITY ONES UNFORTIANTLY THESE DAYS THE PETROLS WE PUT IN OUR CAR ARE FULL OF CRASP AND CAN BE VERY ABBRASIVE

sounds like it is not getting much fuel. when you step on gas pedal to call for more fuel, its not there so it will quit. check fuel filter to be sure it is ok! have a good day!!
This is where proper diagnosis comes in...as the TPS sensor voltage low because of a failed TPS sensor? Or was the TPS voltage low due to low battery voltage at the control module? Did you bother to check for the proper voltage at the TPS sensor connector before throwing parts at the problem? If the battery voltage goes low, it is NORMAL for the engine to not idle correctly. Low voltage at the control module can cause the computer to lose all of its "learned" data. It will have to "re-learn" how to idle the engine. This can sometimes take a few days. This is exactly WHY I keep telling people to not be disconnecting batteries in an attempt to "clear" computer fault codes.
If your battery has been going dead, you need to properly test and diagnose your battery and charging system. If this system is not working correctly, there is NO WAY your computer network can function correctly. - this MUST be diagnosed and repaired FIRST!
