The AC only blows through the defrost vents on the dash. There is no air what so ever coming out of the passenger facing vents from the dash. I just replaced the blower resistor motor because nothing was blowing from the front ac at all previously. At least now the defrost vents are blowing cold. Any ideas?

You need to replace the drivers side temp actuator that is located on the left side of the HVAC box. It is retained by 3 screws and is fairly easy to replace.
SOURCE: A/C Blows out at feet or through defroster, not through dash
the ac blend door is out of adjustment or the the actuator is not working look behind the glove box and watch the arm move

common problem, check under dash by the gas pedal if control arms are muving went selecting from ac to heat cuz this it is the control for the vents to go from ac to heat and to defrost.

HVAC control head problem or it is the air Temp Control Valve problem. THe control head is the one with the buttons and knobs and the control vavle is located on the HVAC carrier assembly underneath dashboard (two of them one on left and one on right in center). This is a job for someone who has knowledge of HVAC and electrical on a GM vehicle.

The door in the heater box is most likely stuck. It is located under the dash on the passenger side
