You might very well have a problem with only the dash lights, but check your tailight fuse before going further. If its blown, not only will you not have tailights, but your dash lights won't work either.

    i have tail lights still and my 91 brougham dash lights just stopped working. any thoughts?

Gauges stop working and all dash board lights come on

You don't say what the make model and year is, but generally the gauges get power from the same place the gas gauge does. Each gauge is grounded thru a sending unit or switch.
So my guess would be a problem inside the instrument cluster.

CHECK BRAKE LIGHT comes on the dash board, I ahve chaged the light several tiems, it works for a while then, you guest it the dash board signal appear again?

It's trying tell you there is something wrong with your brakes. Fix the brake problem and the light will stop coming on. Check your brake fluid level and check you brake pads for wear.

2001 Dodge Grand Caravan. Dash board stopped

sounds like an electrical nightmare! start by removing the cluster,now try signals are they working if yes then bad cluster, also i had a few caravans that just had bad connections i removed the plugs and reconnected them and it worked fine, also with the light coming on with your foot on the brake may be a bad or in correctly installed bulb, check all brakeand signal bulbs, try all of this , good luck,hope this is helpful.

Dash board illumination not bright enough

look on the left of dash for the switch you turn your interior lights on turn it see if your dash light will brighten.turn up enough brighten dash lights. dont turn until it stop or your interior light will stay on.
