If you are talking about the blower motor, yes.
There is a fuse and a relay in the engine compartment.

SOURCE: 2001 honda accord, air conditioner is not working,

one fan is for the a/c it will cycle on when the a/c is turned on the other fan should be linked to the temperature sensor. check your fuses if you haven't already. then check your temp sensor. i'm not sure on a honda but most newer cars have multiple sensors so you will have to find out which on is for the fan. also you need to find out if the fan is controled by a pcm as some new model cars have almost everything controled through the powertrain control module

SOURCE: heating in my 95 honda accord

Here's my list! 1st-check coolant level, if it's low, u won't get heat. 2nd Is engine reaching operating temp within about 5 minutes or a little more? If it is running below the normal level, the thermostat may be stuck open, not allowing the car to reach operating temp, again, no heat. 3rd dash control not working to turn on heat. The heat control is vacuum operated, so if there is a leak or kink in the vac line, it won't work. (not too common). Many cars (I'll have to check on the 95 accord) have a heater control valve in the heater hose line under the hood near the firewall. Sometimes the valve just gets stuck in the closed position, so again, no heat as the hot coolant can't circulate into the heater core.4th plugged heater core. Corrosion, rust plugs up the heater core, coolant can't circulate, no heat.
Start w/ the easy cheap fixes, work your way down, let me know if u need more info. and how u make out.

SOURCE: 1997 honda accord overheating

well you should first hard wire the non working fan to the battery to see if it is ok, then I would check the engine coolant temperature sensor, it is the sensor that tells the computer to turn the radiator fan on

Steering wheel buttons dont work on my 2004 accord

Check the fuses and relays. Generally if only 1 accessory doesn't work, the problem is with that particular accessory. When ther are several that don't work, check fuses and relays.

The heater fan of my 1992 honda accord stop working what can it be? it doesn't blow any air

It could be the fan fuse, fan relay, a bad control head on/off switch or the blower motor is bad.

1991 Honda accord

I would suggest checking to make sure your electric fan(s) are turning on. When you are moving they may be enough air flowing through the radiator to cool it enough not to run extremely hot, but as soon as you stop and the air stops it heats up. Check the fan(s) to see if they turning on. If not, check the fuse block ad see if the fuse or relay for the fan is bad. Hope this helps.

Air Function In Honda Accord Wagon - not working

Check your fuse box for any blown or old fuses. Could be under the hood in your fuse box or under the dash inside the car. Check to see "visually" without the car running or power on, for any damaged wires or connections throught your climate control system. I dont know the history of your car but if any wires were cut by chance from someones negligence" installing a stereo or other accesories" may have led to this. Perhaps it could simply be the fan switch for the climate control or a relay switch gone bad.
