    I have a 2003 Mazda Protege and the main fuse has blown twice! Each time in the same weather conditions: freezing rain. Why? and how do I replace?

There are two bolts on the side of the fuse itself. Under the fuse box on each side. Unbolt those and it will come out.

THERE IS A FUSE ON THE BACK OF THE HEAD UNIT PULL THE RADIO AND CHECK THAT. **NOW THAT IS ONLY FOR AFTERMARKET HEAD UNITS. IF IT IS STOCK CHECK COMMON FUSES CONNECTING THE RED TO BLACK AND BLACK TO RED ON ACCIDENT USEUALLY IS THE CAUSE OF THAT. U SHOULD BE OK THOUGH RUN THE FUSES
