I have had to replace my transmission in my honda accord already. Everything started running great after. It has been about a year and now my car is starting to ****. I noticed while going 65 mph it suddenly dropped down to 55 and would not accelerate or anything, and was jerking forward rather violently. everytime it jerked forward the rpms went up and down with the jerking motion. My maintence required light is on and my check engine light goes on and off. Could all this be electrical or the computer? Please HELP

Sounds like the EGR Valve, Get the check engine light checked at your local garage or autozone or advance auto.
SOURCE: 2005 honda accord diesel, Jerking when accelerate
1: Change your fuel filters and bleed the air out of it.
2: Check all rubber hoses for loose hose clamps and
cracks or leaks.
Almost certainly in one or both of the two points above.

IAC or MAF sensors could cause especially at idle
SOURCE: 2002 honda accord my car is jerking but no check engine light comes on
doesnt mean its the computer system--that cud be an egr valve-dirty throttle body or idle motor------ignition components like ol plug wires or failin fuel pump------even vaccuum leaks

I had this problem after I washed the engine off. I got water in the cylinders and the plugs were shorting out. I got the engine hot on a hot day over 100 outside. I put the hood up facing into the sun and pulled the coils off the plugs. I had to do this a couple times and the car is good as new.
