How do you adjust the headlight of a 2005 Honda Odyssey?

I would read 'Back Up' as reversing lights and camera if equipped.

open the hood, and look at the top of the light , you should see a screw head, that would be your up and down adjustment,, there is one on the side of the unit for left to right adjustments

there is a lockout switch to turn the other windows on/off.... its at the master window switch.

Open the bonnet temove the bulkhead cover drop the front bumper (its not that hard). Now remove the wires from the headlight (unplug them) remove the screws that hold the light in and reinstall the other light the same way. (Remember that the NTSB requires the headlights be aimed at a designated hight)

If you click once your remote control ,will open just driver side doors.To unlock all of them have to press twice , and then sliders.

try just replaceing the drivers actuator first....that should take care of it

If you can't figure it out from the owners manual just call the dealership. Unfortunately, the aftermarket maintenance manuals are not for sale yet.
