It won't open from outside and it won't open from the inside.it's like it's locked but it does unlock.it doesn't even move.
Sounds like the rod that connects the handles to the mechanism to open the doors has either broken or come off. it's going to be hard but you need to try and get the panel off as much as possible and reach your arm in and open the door. then take the door panel off completely and look inside for the problem
SOURCE: can't open door
inspect the door hindge pins and busings it sounds like they are getting worn out and maybe due for replacement. also look and see if the spring in the hindge is still their. if all is well have the door adjusted properly to repair your problem.
SOURCE: diver side door will not open with door handle (outsidedoor )
There is a small clip that holds the outside door handle arm (inside the door) to the latching assembly, so the door panel has to be removed to reattach it. Sometimes the little clip is still attached to the handle arm, sometimes they are in the bottom of the door & sometimes you can't find them at all... Rick

you have to open the door panel from the inside and see if the rivets broke off or if the rods going to the opening mechanisim fell or broke off.
