Rough idle, and rough in the 50 - 65 mph

My 94jeep grand cherokee started running rough a couple of weeks ago, and they read the code and said it was a sensor regarding the acceleration. so, we replaced it, still running rough and getting worse. when we read the code using the key turn trick, it comes up 12 13 55. can anyone help me find out what this means?

Code 12 is start

13** No difference recognized between the engine MAP reading and the barometric (atmosphereic) pressure reading at start-up

Code 55 is end so 13 is all you need , basically your map isnt working
its an easy fix if thats all , take one off , put new one on

Very rough idle on 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Edition V8

If you haven't changed the plugs or had the fuel system cleaned, now would be a good time to do it. The number 1 culprit for rough idles is dirty injectors or plugs. You can try an injector cleaner in a can (or bottle) for under $10 and see if it helps, and then work from there. If there isn't any improvement then if you are able to, check the plugs for any gunky buildup and if you find a bad plug, make sure you replace them all (or have them replaced) at the same time.

1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee stalls when brakes are applied

My 2000 Grand Cherokee had the same problem, without all the sputtering, it would just die approaching a stop. We could only keep it running by slightly pushing down on the gas petal when coming to a stop. I replaced the Throttle Position Sensor, but that didn't change anything. A new mechanic I found replaced the Idle Air Control Valve, and we've had no problems in a week.
