I'm being told by the dealership that the catalytic converter needs to be changed on my 2003 Hyundai Tiburon for $$$. i'm trying to locate the converter on the car and can only find one under the car in the exhaust system. is there a second one on this car i'm unaware of?

u will need to remove the brake cailper and the the brake rotor, then the hub retaining nut, that is a large metric nut, the bearing and hub must come off, then u will need to take this hub to a machine shop or the dealer and have the new bearing pressed in.

SOURCE: How do I change the tail lights on my hyundai tiburon 2003
Open your hatch and behind the tail lights you will see panels with plastic knobs you can unscrew. Behind there are 3 8mm nuts you need to unscrew which will let you remove the whole tail light assembly. There is a post on the actual tail light assembly that holds it in so you may have to give it a firm pull to actually seperate it from the car. If you have the stock infinity sub you will need to remove that first to get to the drivers side tail lamp.
