Connect a jumper cable from negative on the battery and the other end to the engine block. If it starts look for a broken ground wire under air cleaner box from engine to motor mount or directly in the center front of the engine. The ground in front has a wire attached to it.
Good luck

SOURCE: Chrysler Pacifica will not start.

Most probably starter problems. It can be not starter itself some vires coming to it are loose. To locate the starter follow heavy wires coming from battery. This how starter looks like

Check the wires coming to it. Also check the fuse, it might be bad starter relay fuse too.
Please kindly let me know it the information was usefull for you or you still need more info

SOURCE: what do these code means for my pacifica

P0513 is "Invalid Skim Key" The key may have damaged programing and if that is the case the dealer maybe able to reprogram that key for you (if you have 2 keys, both keys will have to be reprogramed so that they both match. Good Luck).
P0522 =Engine Oil Pressure Sensor/Switch Circuit Low Voltage.
Possible causes - Low oil level or motor mechanical fault
- Open or short oil level sensor circuit condition
- Poor oil level sensor electrical connection
- Faulty oil pressure sensor

2004 chrysler pacific will start sometimes but sometimes won't

I would suspect the fuel pump is the problem, it may be sticking at times and this causes a no start. The pump is located inside the fuel tank and it is electric.

A good read. That car is only 6 years old... I would say bye bye to Chrysler forever.
