A lot of new parts! Have a compression test done to gauge the engine's internal condition, and go from there. If compression is good on all 6 cylinders, scan for trouble codes. The compression test may find your problem, something like an exhaust valve burned or not seating properly.
its located on your exhaust sytem there are usually two some have four go yo autozone if you have a check engine light on they will tell you what bank o2 sensor it is and give you a diagram but it sounds like your fuel pump is going out

Don't replace because of a code
Find out why the code was set
It's just under the water pump. You most likley need to replace the magnet that is on the cam gear to fix it. The sensors hardly ever go bad. The timing cover will need to be removed to fix the magnet.
If your check engine light is on the computer in your car can give a code. Aamco will read your check engine light for free. Might need a repair manual to find out what code means (which o2 sensor). If check engine light is not on you will probably need to get each o2 sensor tested by a mechanic.
