The car in day-time drives with the lights on and has a photaic switch when it is dark. Last night, no headlights were on. I did have use of high-beams, turn signals, and break lights. For whatever reason, the switch on the column has never worked. I assumed that the manufacturer bipassed it for the photaic switch on the dashboard. Is the switch bad or a possible fuse blown? Thank you
To check the problem see the wiring diagram then you can fix the problem but if you don't have the diagram then go to the given link from where you can have it http://toolsnyou.com/

turn the selection knob to auto and leave it there. the lights will automatically come on whenever the sensor on the dash trips. it takes a minute in a tunnel but you will never have to worry if your lights are on.

First check fuse 36 (10 amps) and then the bulbs, as for the high beam switch, its bad.
