I've had this problem for a while now.I've changed the fuel pump 2x,changed plugs and plug wires.changed the relays and fuses.changed the coil.changed fuel filter, looked for broken electrical wires,I've changes the catalytic converter and O2 senors.I've added fuel additives thinking it was water in the fuel and it makes no difference. I'm totally stumped because the engine will run great at times then it starts to miss like its a fuel problem and then it will run normal again.

I put 2 bottles of injector cleaner in the fuel tank and I still have the same problem.the engine light does come on and when I checked the codes it shows the every thing needs changed,eg.mass air flow sensor egr o2 sensors etc. etc.and I've changed them all.I've even cleaned the cam sensor.my next step I think is to take the car to the dealership and have the injector professionally cleaned.
could the egr valve cause this?
unplug the injectors one at a time to see if the car will run smooth. if you unplug one and it seems to run better that might be the bad one. youcan buy an injector cleaning kit from the parts store and do the same job that the mech can do. they buy their stuff from the parts store. if your check engine light is staying on after all these changes youve done then its time to have the car hooked up to the scanner at a reputable shop and get a printout of what is going on. even though youve changed all these sensors the root problem still exist. and the comp scanner will help pinpoint it. it usally cost about 80 dollars to do this and it is worth it
did you change the fuel filter
maybe one of the wires is arching out. make sure the wires are not in contact with any metal if it has coil packs make a brine solution and spray it on the coil packs and if there bad you see them sparking
