the code should be inside of your glove box on the outside of the left panel...It should be six digits

You have to disconnect the antenna for the radio it's in the back of the radio DO NOT put the antenna back in until you put in the code i had the same problem :) i hope i resolved your issue

This is the security code for theft radio system; add it; the radio code generaly is in back side of the radio, or in the owners manual (last page). If you dont have anyone, need to call the Acura dealer with the VIN car number (sometimes need to pay for this service).

A) This website ( https://radio-navicode.acura.com/ ) and by providing identity verification and vehicle information in a few simple steps.

B) Contact an Acura dealer, provide requested info (such as the serial number) to receive the Radio/Navi Code you are requesting!

1. pry off the right-side molding along the center console (the wood/marble grain looking accent molding) and
   
2. up near the RADIO side is a sticker with a serial number on it.
   
3. Call any Acura dealer, give them the serial number ( ex.30001979)and they will give you the code!
