Radiator cooling fans not working? The ECM is protecting the engine by shutting it down.

Anon, Trouble code P0191, You may need a good tech. with scan tool to read and test system.

Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance,computer see's signal from the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor and/or its circuit is sending erratic readings, indicating a fuel pressure condition that is abnormal. Problems could be out of gas, leaking fuel, faulty fuel pressure sensor, bad wire or plug in circuit,fuel pressure regulator, the fuel pump could be faulty also. Check the attached links,instruction and guides, Good luck

92' Buick LeSabre is stalling on me when driving. Now won't start.

The first thing that must be done here is to have the electronic engine control computer scanned for fault codes, this is called an OBD1 fault code test. The dealer or a well equipped shop can do the testing and diagnosis of the problem for you.

No you need a dealer or repair shop

Check your fuel pressure if its not within specs replace pump.

The code is for the fuel rail pressure sensor / circuit.
Problems could include a failed sensor, high or low fuel pressure, or wiring problems between the sensor and the computer.
Low fuel pressure can be caused by a dirty filter or a failing pump.
