O2 sensors (both front and rear exhaust manifolds) were replaced but O2 sensors codes still appears. Car is 164,000 kilometers (100,000 miles). Checked the intake manifolf for cracks and air leaks none appeared. Cleaned the MAF sensor.
The codes for the O2 sensors mean they are not providing the data expected by the computer. Sometimes this means there is a problem upstream in the engine.
If the engine is missfiring on one or more cylinders, it should set a code for those cylinders. Same thing with a vac leak.
But low fuel pressure would not normally set a code.
Depending on which sensors are setting codes, the catalytic converter could be faulty. Even a dirty air filter can cause problems with the O2 sensors.
Try cleaning a part called the MAF sensor, you can buy the spray cleaner from any auto parts store. Ask the auto parts clerk to show you what a MAF is an how to clean it, it is a 30 minute job.

This may be the result of a faulty catalatic converter, get the exhaust checked out as My 97 caddy had simialr readings. Good luck

Check for vacuum leaks.
Air tube between air filter and intake manifold.
If the motor has over 80,000 miles then the intake manifold gasket can **** in air and leaning out the air/fuel mixture.
Give each air / vacuum relayed hose a 1/8-1/4 turn.
Get a steam cleaning on the motor and check for any sign of leak around the sensors.

Heating may help but it could be dangerous due to limited space. What you might try is start engine get mamifold hot. Shut off engine and use WD-40 and let it soak in, brake fluid also works like WD-40 but make sure the manifold is not so hot that it will burst into flame. Another way is to remove the two front bolts from the endine cradle and let the engine assembly down. this will give you more room. cut wires off get a 6 sided deep socket. If that fails use a air hammer to knock it loose. Hope this helps.
Testimonial: "Good balance between brute force and alternative methods, such as WD40."

Your fuel pressure is WAY to low, it should be at least 55 PSI, (spec is 55-62 PSI) You will need to replace the fuel pump and the fuel filter then clear the codes and retest, the fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank, the fuel tank must be removed to access the pump. after the fuel pump is replaced if any lean codes come back from the O2 sensors the intake maniold gaskets will need to be replaced as well, they are a common problem as well but your main problem is very low fuel pressure, this alone will set all the codes you have.
