SOURCE: CRV has knocking sound coming from rear passenger side

inspect the braking system for warped or uneven rotor surface, as this may cause this noise and uneven pad wear. CV joints also could cause this if the boots are torn, have insufficient grease, are damaged,or have worn bearings. Hopefully this helps

A knocking sound from rear area it does not pick up speed when I accelerate on handle.

If you are accelerating with a handle then you must be on a motorcycle. While traveling on a safe road and you hear the noise, turn the ignition off and see if it goes away. That will give us more information along with what you are driving.
